JOB OVERVIEW

GiveDirectly is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team in Nairobi on a fixed-term contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Clerical and Administrative HR Support

The HR Assistant will:

- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.

- Ensure employee information is accurate, complete, confidential and securely stored.

- Prepare, scan, photocopy, file and distribute HR documents.

- Draft routine HR correspondence, letters, contracts and other documentation.

2. Recruitment and Onboarding Support

- Update staff and beneficiary information affecting insurance records.

4. Employee Relations and Compliance

5. General HR and Office Support
