Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Create high-quality graphic designs for print and digital platforms.
- Design posters, flyers, social media content, newsletters, and school publications.
- Develop creative visuals for marketing campaigns and school events.
- Maintain consistent use of the school's brand guidelines across all designs.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and project planning.
Videography & Photography
- Capture and edit videos for school events, campaigns, social media, and marketing activities.
- Manage photography and videography for school events.
- Produce engaging multimedia content that promotes the school's programs, culture, and values.
- Ensure appropriate consent procedures are followed when capturing photography and video content.
- Organize and archive video footage and photography assets for future use.
Marketing & Content Development
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator on content calendars and campaigns.
- Develop creative assets for social media and other communication platforms.
- Explore new creative approaches to improve audience engagement.
- Support multimedia projects and other marketing initiatives.
File & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain design files, video footage, photographs, and other creative assets.
- Ensure creative materials are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Maintain and update the school's brand assets.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Film Production, Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and videography.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating graphic design and videography work.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
