The Customer Care Officer will support members by providing timely assistance, resolving service-related concerns and ensuring that customers receive accurate information about SACCO services.

Main Responsibilities

- Respond to customer and member inquiries through appropriate communication channels.

- Provide accurate information about SACCO products and services.
