Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist with organizing job applications and maintaining applicant tracking records.

HR Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and well-organized employee personnel files.

- Assist with HR data entry and maintaining employee information trackers.
General HR Administration
- Assist in preparing routine HR letters, contracts, and employment-related documents using approved templates.

- Respond to routine HR inquiries and refer complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.

- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.
- Follow established procedures for reporting safeguarding concerns or incidents.
Qualifications
- Current final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification or progress toward one is an added advantage.
- Previous administrative, volunteer, or HR-related experience is an added advantage.
