AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING TRAINER

Key Duties and Responsibilities  Plan and deliver theoretical and practical lessons.  Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learning materials.  Conduct competency-based assessments and maintain records.  Supervise workshop sessions and enforce safety.  Maintain workshop tools, equipment and training vehicles.  Mentor trainees and supervise industrial attachments.  Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement.  Prepare departmental reports and perform assigned institutional duties.
