Human Resource Officer

The HR Officer manages day-to-day HR operations, factory labor compliance, and workforce welfare. This role acts as a vital bridge between factory management and the production floor, ensuring a safe, lawful, and highly productive work environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties 1. Workforce Recruitment & Onboarding • Coordinate high-volume hiring drives for factory floor operators, tailors, cutters, and technical staff. • Conduct initial screenings, practical skill assessments, and structured interviews. • Lead orientation programs covering company policies, safety protocols, and factory rules. 2. Labor Compliance & Industrial Relations • Enforce local labor laws, international manufacturing standards, and brand compliance guidelines. • Resolve daily worker conflicts, manage disciplinary actions, and document hearings. 3. Time, Attendance & Payroll Support • Monitor daily shift logs, biometric attendance systems, and leave management. • Audit overtime hours, night-shift differentials, and production bonuses for payroll processing. • Update the HR Information System (HRIS) with employee records, contract renewals, and terminations. 4. Health, Safety & Employee Welfare Collaborate with the HSE team to ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Oversee factory floor amenities, including clean drinking water, canteen services, and first-aid stations. • IDocument workplace injuries and manage workers' compensation claims.
