Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, HR function, and management team.

- Support HR administrative processes including staff records management, onboarding coordination, leave tracking, and training logistics.

Job Summary
- The jobholder will be responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining the Scheme’s ICT systems, networks, and technology infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable operations, while providing user support and technical assistance to staff and stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day ICT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, user accounts, printers, and other ICT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the Scheme’s ICT systems, networks, databases, and website to ensure reliability and security.
- Support implementation of information security, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and repairs in liaison with service providers where necessary.
- Provide support in management of the Scheme’s website and social media platforms, including content updates and basic digital support services.

Job Summary
- The jobholder will be responsible for maintaining pension records, processing and reviewing member benefits, verifying pension documentation, and supporting trust fund administration in line with approved policies and procedures.

- Support the administration of the Scheme in line with the Trust Deed and Rules, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate pension, contribution, and member records, including post-retirement medical records.
- Process and review pension benefits for retiring members, pensioners, dependents, and beneficiaries.
- Verify and certify pension calculations, payroll changes, benefit payments, and related documentation.
- Support management and administration of trust funds for minors and beneficiaries in line with approved guidelines and legal requirements.
- Reconcile pension records, contributions, and membership data in liaison with relevant departments and service providers.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of pension and related benefits.
- Provide pension information, guidance, and support to members, pensioners, and dependents.
- Maintain proper filing, archiving, and safe custody of pension records and documents.
- Support compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal control requirements.
- Assist in coordination of member engagement activities including Member education and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

- The jobholder will be responsible for Coordinating and executing all procurement operations in line with the KRASPS procurement policies, guidelines, best practice and the prevailing procurement law and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement procurement and disposal activities in line with the Scheme’s procurement policies, applicable laws, and best practices.
- Support the development and review of procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare procurement documents including RFQs, RFPs, TORs, specifications, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate supplier prequalification processes and maintain an updated supplier database.
- Consolidate procurement requirements from departments and coordinate timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor procurement activities to ensure compliance with approved budgets and achievement of value for money.
- Develop, maintain, and track supplier and service provider contracts in liaison with relevant stakeholders and management.
