Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a busy IT department.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel to field offices to provide technical support when required.
