JOB OVERVIEW
Stratostaff is seeking an experienced Head of IT to provide strategic and operational leadership of a bank's technology function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Leadership
- Develop and implement the Bank's IT strategy in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic direction on technology investments and emerging technologies.
- Identify digital opportunities that can improve productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, standards and governance frameworks.

IT Operations and Service Availability
- Ensure reliable availability and accessibility of business applications, IT infrastructure and digital channels.
- Oversee IT service delivery and timely resolution of support requests.
- Monitor system performance and minimize downtime and service disruptions.
- Manage incident response and restoration of services in line with agreed Recovery Time Objectives.
- Oversee servers, networks, storage, applications and other critical IT infrastructure.
Project and Change Management
- Lead planning, implementation and management of IT projects.
- Ensure technology projects are delivered within approved scope, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate integration and deployment of new systems.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies and implementation challenges.

Cybersecurity, Risk and Business Continuity

Team Management
