The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and supporting effective financial decision-making.

Position Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting financial reporting and internal controls to maintain efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile financial records and bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments on finance-related matters.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA(K), ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
