About This Opportunity

Medical Laboratory Technologist

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution (KMLTTB accredited).
  • Registration Certificate and valid practicing license issued by the KMLTTB.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in a busy hospital laboratory.
  • Proficient in clinical laboratory practices and equipment handling. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer care skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Computer literacy with a certificate in computer applications.

Pharm-Tech

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, dosage forms, and drug safety practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage Production or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
  • 1-2 years' experience in catering, preferably in a school or healthcare setup.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Human Resource Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Medical qualifications or healthcare experience is an added advantage..
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
  • Sound understanding of HR practices, labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite. High attention to detail and ability to multitask under minimal supervision.
  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct is required.
