Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in fintech, FMCG, retail operations, sales, business development, customer success, market research, or field operations.

- Experience working with agents, retailers, SMEs, or distribution networks is highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
