About the Role

The Beauty Therapist will provide a range of beauty and wellness treatments, including hair care and plaiting, nail services, massage therapy, and facial treatments.

The successful candidate will also advise clients on suitable beauty treatments and products while maintaining clean and safe workstations and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Beauty & Spa Services

• Provide professional hair care and hair plaiting services.
• Perform nail care services, including nail art and related treatments.
• Deliver professional massage therapy services.
• Perform facial treatments and skincare consultations.
• Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on clients' needs.

Customer Service

• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Hygiene & Workplace Standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a beauty salon, spa, or wellness centre.
