The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting or events department. The role also involves supervising employees, controlling operational costs, maintaining food quality standards and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

The resort operates more than 70 villas and is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to provide leadership across its food and beverage departments.

Key Responsibilities

The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for:

1. Managing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting or events departments.

2. Planning menus and pricing in collaboration with the kitchen team.

3. Maintaining food quality, portion control and presentation standards.

4. Monitoring food and beverage costs to support profitability.

5. Controlling wastage, stock levels and inventory.

6. Recruiting, scheduling, training and supervising food and beverage employees.

7. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.

8. Handling guest feedback and ensuring customer concerns are addressed professionally.

9. Preparing sales and cost reports for submission to the General Manager.

10. Maintaining consistent service standards across all food and beverage operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

1. A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management or a related field.

2. At least three years of experience in food and beverage supervision or management.
