Requirements

- A bachelor’s degree or a diploma in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferre

- Proven track record in hospitality sales, account management, or the broader hotel sector

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities

- Proficiency in CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Property Management Systems (PMS), and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and the flexibility to travel or attend evening networking events
