Position Summary

The Graduate Trainee – Project Sales will support the sales team in identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing technical sales support, and contributing to project sales initiatives while gaining practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Graduate Trainee Programme and structured learning activities.
  • Support project sales and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical product information and sales support to clients.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports and monitor project performance.
  • Develop technical sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a passion for technical and project sales.
  • University graduate with a maximum of two (2) years post-university experience.
  • Must be 28 years of age or below.
  • Minimum KCSE Grade B+.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
