Position Summary

The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions, operating the POS system, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. The successful candidate should be flexible, professional, and committed to delivering quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers professionally.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Support shopkeeping and retail operations.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean and organized.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product information.
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• KCSE Certificate (minimum qualification).
• Must be based within KSM.
• Must be available for physical interviews on Wednesday.
• Must present hard copies of all required documents during the interview.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience in customer service.
• Service or waitressing experience.
• Shopkeeping skills.
• Retail experience.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
