Job Purpose

Britam is seeking a Fullstack Developer with expertise in Flutter, Next.js, Go, and Python to design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications across mobile, web, and backend platforms. The successful candidate will build reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions that support the company's digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using Next.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using NestJS, Go, and Python.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs connecting mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Contribute to system architecture, database design, and infrastructure decisions.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Debug and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
• Participate in code reviews while maintaining coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and application release processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and continuously improve development workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
• Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Solid backend development experience using NestJS, Go, and Python.
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
