Key Responsibilities

- Develop marketing campaigns targeting young people, creators, and small businesses.

- Research youth lifestyles, financial needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Coordinate campaigns across social media, search platforms, campuses, events, branches, and community spaces.

- Support digital banking adoption, customer acquisition, and engagement.

- Build partnerships with universities, TVETs, creative industry organizations, youth communities, and event organizers.

- Develop marketing initiatives addressing the financial needs of creatives and entrepreneurs.

- Track customer leads and coordinate follow-ups with sales teams, branches, and contact centres.

- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and return on investment.

- Work with product and digital teams to improve customer experiences.

- Ensure marketing activities comply with customer data protection and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- More than 6 years of marketing experience, including leadership of campaigns or cross-functional projects.

- Demonstrated experience engaging young audiences, digital-first consumers, creators, or small businesses.

- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and budgets.

- Strong digital marketing, CRM, customer analytics, and campaign management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

- CIM, MSK, or a master's qualification is an added advantage.

- Experience in fintech, telecommunications, media, consumer technology, or banking is beneficial.
