Job Overview

The Kenya Network Information Centre (KENIC) is seeking motivated and passionate recent graduates to join its team as Information Technology Interns. Position Summary

The Information Technology Intern will work closely with the IT team to support daily technology operations, troubleshoot technical issues, assist in system maintenance, and gain hands-on experience across different areas of information technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT operations and technical support activities.
• Assist in maintaining computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
• Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Participate in IT projects and system improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT activities.
• Provide technical support to users where required.
• Learn and apply best practices in information technology and cybersecurity.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
• Must be a recent graduate.
