Job Summary

A fast-growing beauty and spa startup along Ngong Road, Nairobi is looking for a passionate, skilled, and customer-focused Beauty Therapist to join its growing team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality beauty and spa services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional hair care and hair plaiting services.

Perform nail care services, including nail art and related treatments.

Deliver professional massage therapy services.

Perform facial treatments and provide skincare consultations.

Recommend suitable beauty treatments and products based on clients' needs.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety.

Ensure workstations and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Maintain appointment schedules and treatment records where required.

Keep up to date with current beauty trends, techniques, and products.

Support business growth through professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' practical experience in a beauty salon, spa, or wellness centre.

Demonstrated skills in:

Hair Care & Hair Plaiting

Nail Art

Massage Therapy

Facial Treatments

Additional beauty therapy skills will be an added advantage.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and good personal grooming.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
