Job Summary

An organization is seeking a Human Resource Officer to oversee key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and implementation of HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.

Coordinate performance management activities.

Organize training and staff development programs.

Maintain HR records and ensure statutory compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience.

Good knowledge of Kenyan labour laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
