About the Role

Chupa Chap Ltd is looking for dependable, customer-focused, and safety-conscious Delivery Riders to safely and efficiently deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Verify orders before dispatch.
• Plan efficient delivery routes.
• Verify customer identity and age where required.
• Collect and account for customer payments.
• Conduct daily motorcycle inspections.
• Safeguard company assets.
• Comply with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain delivery records.
• Report delays, accidents, or customer complaints.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid Motorcycle Riding Licence (Class A/A2 or applicable class).
• Defensive Riding Certificate is an added advantage.
• Certificate of Good Conduct is an added advantage.
• Basic smartphone and GPS navigation skills.

Experience

• Minimum one (1) year experience as a delivery rider, courier, or similar role.
• Experience in customer service, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, logistics, or beverage industry is an added advantage.

Skills

• Excellent motorcycle riding skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Honest and reliable.
• Good time management.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
