Job Summary

AA Kenya is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, oversee supplier management, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality goods and services, negotiating contracts, driving cost optimization, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 6 years' experience in procurement and supply chain management.

At least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.

Experience in a reputable organization, preferably in the automotive, fleet management, or service industry.

Strong experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization.

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Navision or similar).

High integrity, strong negotiation skills, and excellent attention to detail.
