Job Summary

Employd Staffing Solution is seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring adherence to Kenyan labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for middle and junior-level positions.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files.
• Administer employee exit processes in compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare monthly HR management reports.
• Generate and distribute probation and attendance reports.
• Analyse HR data to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience using HR systems or payroll software is an added advantage.
