Job Overview

Grannex Group Limited (GGL) is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join its Architecture team. The successful candidate will support the design, documentation, and delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial construction projects while working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed architectural drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce construction documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and working drawings.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings suitable for construction.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and quantity surveying teams.
• Assist with site inspections, technical reports, and site queries.
• Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Maintain project documentation in line with company drawing standards.
• Support senior architects with project coordination and delivery.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or industrial attachments are an added advantage).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or Enscape.
• Strong architectural detailing and construction documentation skills.
• Good understanding of building construction methods and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
