About This Opportunity
Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) is inviting applications from qualified Kenyan graduates for fully funded scholarship opportunities under various engineering, technology, manufacturing, ICT, and renewable energy disciplines.
The scholarships will cover tuition fees and, for Master's programmes, research costs for the duration of study. Successful candidates will also be engaged as Graduate Assistants or Technicians/Technologists depending on the programme.

Eligibility Requirements for Master's Scholarships
Applicants must:
- Be Kenyan citizens aged below 30 years.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized and accredited university.
- Have obtained at least Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in a relevant field.
- Be eligible for registration with relevant professional or regulatory bodies where applicable.
- Be willing to transition to a PhD programme after completing the Master's degree.
- Commit to completing studies within the prescribed period.
- Accept bonding terms applicable under MMUST regulations.
Technical Scholarship Opportunities (Technician/Technologist Positions)
These scholarships are designed for diploma holders and will cover tuition fees for the duration of study while beneficiaries serve as Technicians or Technologists.

Eligibility Requirements for Technical Scholarships
Applicants must:
- Be Kenyan citizens aged below 40 years.
- Hold a Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering, or
- Electrical Engineering, or
- Renewable Energy Technology.
- Have graduated from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Be eligible for registration with relevant professional or regulatory bodies.
- Be willing to serve under MMUST's bonding requirements.
- Complete studies within the prescribed duration.
