Job Overview

CorpsAfrica is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer Consultant to create two visually compelling presentations that will support the organization's fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. This consultancy is ideal for a creative professional with exceptional presentation design skills, strong visual storytelling abilities, and advanced Canva expertise.

The successful consultant will transform existing content into polished, executive-level presentations while recommending improvements to layout, flow, and visual communication.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer Consultant will design two professional presentations in Canva, create engaging visual assets, recommend improvements to content presentation, and ensure all deliverables align with CorpsAfrica's brand identity. The consultant will work closely with the organization throughout the review process and deliver fully editable presentation files.

Key Responsibilities

• Design two professional Canva presentations:
• Partnership Pitch Deck.
• General CorpsAfrica Presentation.
• Create presentations of approximately 10–15 slides each.
• Develop clean, modern, and visually compelling layouts.
• Design custom graphics, icons, charts, and infographics.
• Enhance storytelling through effective visual communication.
• Recommend improvements to presentation structure and information flow.
• Suggest minor copy edits to improve clarity and audience engagement.
• Apply CorpsAfrica's branding, fonts, colors, logos, and photography consistently.
• Participate in review meetings and incorporate at least three rounds of revisions.
• Deliver executive-level presentations suitable for donors, partners, government officials, and corporate stakeholders.

Deliverables

The successful consultant will provide:

• One professionally designed Partnership Pitch Deck.
• One professionally designed General CorpsAfrica Presentation.
• Fully editable Canva files.
• PDF versions of both presentations.
• All custom graphics and visual assets created during the project.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing presentations for nonprofits, corporations, foundations, or international organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in Canva.
• Strong graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating presentations for fundraising, partnerships, executive leadership, or board audiences.
• Ability to simplify complex information through visual communication.
• Excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail.
• Copywriting or communications experience will be an added advantage.

• Project fee (quoted in US Dollars).
• Four examples of presentation or pitch deck designs.
• Five additional graphic design samples showcasing a variety of work.
• Two client references from projects completed within the last 12 months.

• Initial presentation designs should be completed within five business days after receiving project materials.
