Moyee Coffee is hiring a Digital Growth Expert & Online Business Owner to take full ownership of its Kenya online business while supporting digital growth across European markets. This role combines e-commerce management, digital marketing, conversion optimization, and growth experimentation using the Odoo platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Kenya Odoo website and e-commerce platform.
• Design and build mobile-first web pages using Odoo Website Builder.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, and delivery options.
• Drive online sales, subscriptions, and repeat purchases in the Kenyan market.
• Plan and execute local digital marketing campaigns.
• Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and email marketing for European markets.
• Improve conversion rates through landing page and checkout optimization.
• Build dashboards connecting Odoo, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Conduct weekly A/B tests and document results.
• Develop and implement Kenya-tested digital improvements across European markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital growth or digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Website & eCommerce.
• Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and CRM campaigns.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and UX.
• Ability to build dashboards and analyze marketing data.
• Experience with European e-commerce is an added advantage.
• Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
