Junior HR Consultant / HR Analyst
Job Overview
A reputable consulting firm is seeking a Junior HR Consultant / HR Analyst to provide technical, analytical, and administrative support throughout consultancy assignments. The successful candidate will coordinate interviews, collect and analyze HR data, conduct research, prepare reports, and support organizational development and compensation projects.
Position Summary
The Junior HR Consultant / HR Analyst will support the delivery of HR consultancy projects by conducting research, coordinating stakeholder engagements, analyzing HR information, and preparing project documentation. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate departmental interviews and meetings.
- Provide logistical support during stakeholder workshops.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Support quality assurance activities throughout consultancy assignments.
HR Research and Analysis
- Collect organizational and HR documentation.
- Review existing job descriptions.
- Support job analysis exercises.
- Compile and clean job evaluation data.
- Conduct salary surveys and benchmarking research.
- Analyze HR information to support consultancy projects.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare interview summaries and working papers.
- Assist in drafting reports and presentations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of project activities and findings.
- Support preparation of client deliverables.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
- Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) as a Graduate or Associate Member in good standing.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR consulting or HR operations.
- Experience in job evaluation, HR analytics, organizational development, or compensation projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
