Key Responsibilities

The ICT Support and Hardware Intern will support the organisation in various technical and administrative activities. Responsibilities may include:

Providing basic ICT support to staff and assisting with day-to-day technical issues.

Supporting the setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and related equipment.

Assisting with software installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.

Supporting users with computer applications and other digital tools.

Helping maintain ICT equipment and ensuring that devices are properly configured and operational.
