About This Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Inventory Controller with strong expertise in supply chain and inventory management to oversee fast‑moving Inventory operations in a trading company serving the hospitality industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate counts, smooth warehouse operations, and efficient order fulfillment through robust systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Management: Organize and optimize warehouse layouts, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of fast‑moving goods. Order Fulfillment: Supervise order pickers, manage sales orders, and streamline process flows for timely delivery. Process Development: Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and systems for the inventory team to enhance operational clarity. Inventory Accuracy: Conduct precise Inventory counts, reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain data integrity. Receiving and verifying Inventory, reconciling against purchase orders, managing warehouse documentation. Reconciliations, Inventory audits and cycle counts as well as year-end Inventory management. Ability to manage inventory movement and tracking. ERP & Data Tools: Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, dashboards, macros) for reporting and analysis. MRP & Reordering: Apply Material Requirements Planning (MRP) principles to manage reordering cycles and maintain optimal Inventory levels. Data Reporting: Generate insightful data analysis reports to support decision‑making and improve supply chain efficiency. People Management: Ability to manage teams under their team (order Pickers).

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years in inventory management within trading or hospitality supply industries.
  • ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros).
  • Knowledge of MRP and reordering strategies.
  • Sharp analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Clear communicator with ability to train and lead inventory teams.
  • Problem‑solver with focus on operational efficiency and accuracy
