Harleys Limited is seeking a Data Analyst and Coordinator Intern to support data analysis, reporting and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will work with large datasets, identify trends and patterns, develop dashboards and generate actionable insights to support business performance and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis and Business Insights

The Data Analyst and Coordinator Intern will use statistical methods and data analytics tools to examine business information and identify meaningful trends, patterns and correlations. The successful candidate will help transform raw data into useful insights that can support strategic and operational decision-making.

The role will involve analyzing data from different sources and interpreting findings to help the organization understand performance, identify opportunities and improve business processes.

Data Collection and Processing

The intern will assist with collecting, processing and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources. This will include organizing information, checking data quality and preparing datasets for analysis.

Accuracy and consistency will be important, as the information generated through the analysis will support departmental reporting and business decisions.

Data Visualization and Reporting

The successful candidate will create clear and informative reports and dashboards that communicate important business information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include presenting key metrics visually and ensuring that reports are easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences. The intern will contribute to the development and maintenance of visual reports that support informed decision-making.

Dashboard Development

The role will involve designing and maintaining dashboards that provide an overview of important organizational metrics. The intern will help ensure that dashboards remain accurate, relevant and useful to stakeholders.

Candidates with knowledge of visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools will have an advantage.

Data Quality and Operational Support

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar position.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of statistical methods.

Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development.

Ability to work with large datasets.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.

Ability to present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Understanding of data governance and data privacy principles.

Ability to follow organizational procedures and quality management requirements.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools will be an added advantage. Candidates with experience in Python, R or SQL are encouraged to apply.
