JOB OVERVIEW
The Nyeri National Polytechnic is seeking a qualified and experienced Driving School Instructor to provide theoretical and practical driver training to trainees. The instructor will be expected to maintain high standards of training while ensuring that trainees understand road safety, defensive driving principles, traffic regulations and responsible driving practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Driving School Instructor will be responsible for delivering structured theoretical and practical driving lessons to trainees enrolled at the Polytechnic's driving school. The role requires an individual who can effectively combine classroom-based instruction with practical driving demonstrations and supervised training.
The instructor will guide trainees through the essential knowledge and skills required to operate vehicles safely and responsibly. This includes helping learners understand traffic rules, road signs, road safety procedures, vehicle controls and responsible road-user behaviour.
