JOB OVERVIEW
Gulf African Bank is seeking a qualified and motivated Junior HR Business Partner to support the Head of Human Resources in delivering effective HR services across the Bank.
The successful candidate will work closely with line managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support while helping the organisation build high-performing teams that contribute to its strategic business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Junior HR Business Partner will support the Head of HR and line managers in areas including:
- Supporting line managers in effective employee management.
- Providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to employees.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR practices and processes.
- Supporting managers in addressing employee-related matters.
- Contributing to employee performance and engagement initiatives.
- Helping ensure HR activities support the Bank’s strategic business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
