M.Sc Scholarship Requirements

Applicants for the Graduate Assistant category must:

Be Kenyan citizens aged below 30 years.

Hold at least a Second-Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Hold their degree from a recognized and accredited university.

Meet the admission requirements for the relevant Master's programme.

Be registered or registrable with the relevant professional or regulatory body where applicable.

Be willing to work as a Graduate Assistant during the programme.

Complete the Master's programme within the prescribed study period.

Transition to a Ph.D. programme upon successful completion, as required under the scholarship programme.

Accept the applicable bonding terms and conditions of DeKUT.

Ph.D Tutorial Fellow Requirements

Applicants must:

Be Kenyan citizens.

Hold a Master of Science degree in a relevant field from a recognized and accredited university.

Meet the admission requirements for the relevant Ph.D. programme.

Be registered or registrable with the relevant professional or regulatory body where applicable.

Complete the programme within the prescribed study period.

Accept the applicable bonding terms and conditions.
